Copyright Infringement & Fraudulent Testimonials
According to information provided by the internet Wayback Machine at https://web.archive.org/Model-scouts.nyc Model-Scouts.nyc and its numerous other websites (see above) copied testimonials, photos and content from the legitimate model scouting company ModelScouts.com, and fraudulently claimed the testimonials and models on their site were theirs when they were not. We contacted ModelScouts.com to inquire about this and they confirmed that they had to send several cease and desist letters, and DMCA take down notices to Model-Scouts.nyc, Manhattan-Models.com, West-38.com and their web hosting companies, to remove the content they stole from ModelScouts.com. Although the stolen testimonials and photos have since been removed, some of the content stolen from ModelScouts.com still remains on their websites. When one company steals testimonials, photos and content from another company it is compelling evidence that that company is not legitimate.
